Great hiking weather with good-humored "active people".
We started from the hiking car park Im Schlebruch (Lintorf / Ratingen) on the paths Am Sondert and Krummenweg to the Dinkelsbach bridge.
After circumnavigating the Lintorfer Waldsee, we passed old polluted willows and through an avenue of beech trees

We walked this very beautiful circular route today. Lots of forest paths and little asphalt.

The original Kettwiger Panoramasteig has a length of 36.5 kilometers and an altitude of 660 meters. It runs twice over the A52. I took over part of the route and "redesigned" it a bit. Except for the transitions of the A52 ;-)
We started from the twelve apostles and walked along Rutherweg past Neu-Huxholt

We started from the hiking car park Wipperkotten in Solingen. The tour goes through woods and meadows, besides fruit trees you can also see animals on the farms. For me city dweller it is sensational to see so many chickens or geese in one heap.
Some of us stayed in the cozy beer garden of the hotel
