Lake Weissensee has a lot to offer: hiking and mountain biking tours for all levels, turquoise waters like the Caribbean, and mountains.
There's also plenty of culinary delights to discover around Lake Weissensee. No matter where I went, everything was delicious.
There are also lots of dogs around.

We had beautiful winter weather today and drove to the nature reserve. It was definitely worth it. Such beautiful paths along the lake and through the forest. A great walk.

Aljungasjön is a swimming and fishing lake. There are several swimming spots, one of which even has a diving tower, and barbecue areas.
Here you can catch pike, perch, zander and eel - you need a fishing license.

Today it's pouring with rain. So we only did a small walk around Lillsjön.
The walk is much smaller, but just as adventurous as the walk around the sister lake.
Parts of the path lead over and through streams and over planks and bridges.
One section went across a paddock, but we didn't see the residents.
