On the last day of our stay, the weather cooled down and damp. After a tour of Neustift (seasonally almost dead) and a lift ride up the Elfer (with perfect fog visibility), we walked along the Rütz to Fulpmes. A beautiful, easy hiking trail to loosen up the calves after the tours of the last few days.

In the best weather, we head over the Lüdritzsteig to the Plövner Loch and then uphill on the Buttermilchsteig along the Schlicker Bach to the Panoramasee. The lake was pretty empty, but the climb was through a beautiful forest landscape accompanied by the Schlicker Bach. The route is used as a mountain

After a lovely birthday party the day before, it was time to regenerate the body - so get out into the fresh air. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping and the mountain is calling. After the first few meters of elevation, a "why?" came to mind and it would be some time before an acceptable pace

We've driven under the suspension bridge over the Fernpass road heading south a hundred times. So today we decided to take a closer look.
We took a look and it wasn't bad:
- Parking fee: €5
- Lift to Ehrenburg: €9
- Another stop, the Schlosskopf, another €9
- Suspension bridge: €10

Around 45 participants set off from Stöffel at 9:00 a.m. with three hiking guides on an 18 km long tour organized by the Rhein-Zeitung. We started twice today: from the hotel and after the Corpus Christi procession above Sankt Valentin - a very nice and traditional event.
2/3 of the way to the Grosshorn leads through the forest and then on a meadow to the summit - everything is quite steep. The ascent is always rewarded with great views

After a nice lift ride and thus "free" 400 Hm, we start our tour at the Plantapatschhütte on the Watles in the direction of Sesvenna.

Short vacation in Belgium; take a breather on the beach.
From what people say about the Belgian coast, De Haan is supposed to be the most beautiful place of all. I can't say whether it is the most beautiful, but it is definitely very nice here. Probably one reason why so many other people traveled here
