Nice snow shoe hike, no other equipment needed besides the "truga"s ;) It can be a bit strenuous, especially at the end, where I had a lot of fresh and deep snow. I also needed the GPS to find my way, because I did not always spot the signs. When I did the tour, the lift was not in operation, so nobody

Incredibly wonderful hike, not too long or hard, but 360° panorama at the end, turquoise blue sea, nice lake on the way...simply beautiful. Thank you, nature of Norway 🥰
There was a steep part still covered with some wet and mushy snow (mid of March), but this was manageable even without spikes or snow

Walked this track with snow shoes. Otherwise it would've been impossible with this amount of snow. I followed an already beaten path, but that differs from the "original" Snolke trail for some while, so I recommend to consult ut.no and their very useful app for the official way of the trail, especially

Nice small snow shoe hike with a nice view over the Halvsdal. I followed a track by a Geilo tourism agency ("Visit Geilo"). The beginning/end of the walk runs in clear vicinity of the ski center, but for more than 50% you keep a good visual distance to it, so for most of the walk nature can be enjoyed
