In itself a great way. Only one should not rely on the statement "easy to walk". Without sensible shoes you better turn around again.
The waterfall was unfortunately dry during our visit - end of August. The cave was cool for that.
There is also a kind of waymarking: red dot in a white circle.

Wonderful tour in the best autumn weather. Wonderful views over the Happurg reservoir and a path steeped in history on the ring wall. Was also good for the kids (7 and 11) to walk.
For a stop afterwards, I recommend the "zur Linde" inn in Kainsbach, just a few km away.
Great Franconian cuisine!
