Already sat on the trestle at 8 a.m. Rolled through the “Shire” on the way to breakfast. We abandoned our original goal of going to the CP in Kehlheim due to bad weather forecasts. New goal: as far as possible towards GAP in order to get there a day earlier.

Magnificent sunrise at the reservoir. Packed things and pedaled towards Plauen. Breakfast at diska in Plauen at the cemetery. Then further. Next place: Oelsnitz. It stinks of garbage here and there's a lot of vacancy again. The route was once again very varied. Asphalt, gravel, up and down. Short detour
