For anyone who thinks that the 4th stage is or will be the toughest because of the number of kilometers, I have to disappoint you. The 5th stage, with its 14.5 km, demanded everything from me today.
As this stage doesn't offer much shade, it is advisable to start early when the temperature is high.

For me, the absolute highlight of the stage was the view from the Brand. Very clean and tidy there, top gastronomy. I found the route itself a bit boring compared to the 1st and 2nd stages. The last 3 km from Kohlmühle were the most beautiful.

Wow, another very beautiful route. Lots of open countryside with beautiful viewpoints. Wonderful... Finally, 2 climbs to Papstein and Gohrisch. I am thrilled by this beautiful landscape 😍
