Loop walk coastal from St Ives, Porthmeor Beach – Man's Head Rock Formation to zennor and back along field footpath
Scenic challenging walk along coastal path steep accents and descents some scrambling climbs. Much easier return route along well mark footpath through fields. Lovely stop at Tinner Arms at half way point.
