The GPS data for this tour did not hit us 100%. Often the levada was 100m ahead or behind us. However, this is completely irrelevant when walking next to a levada, because you only follow it. 😀

This was a very nice hike. Great view, varied route. We ran behind the waterfall without a rain jacket. The deviation on the way back was in our opinion not really worthwhile. Here, obviously, the roads to roads were expanded and it was a construction site.

This was our first tour on Madeira. Great views, constantly trying to try the camera 📷. Although it rained a bit that day, it was a great start. If you have problems with your knee, you will feel it clearly in the evening.

We drove in the morning with the gondola of Funchal up to Monte. The entrance to the Levada dos Tornos began at the cable car station "Monte - Jardim Botanico". We first went the way towards Palheiro Ferreiro. Our GPS data was pretty inaccurate. That's why we've re-recorded the way back and made it available
