Today the Kahl takes us from the Spessart to the Main. At Seligenstadt we take the ferry to get to the old town and the Benedictine monastery. In the monastery garden we admire how you can create a garden world with herbs and other useful plants. Then we whizz 20 km along the Main to Aschaffenburg. We

New record: almost 10km. Walk around 7 paths, panoramic path, Stempelhöhe, Hemsbacher Kreuz back to Wasserlos. At times the engine said it was warm. Me too.
