Our longest stage along the Weser Cycle Route today took us from Petershagen to Uphusen near Achim.
The route mostly ran directly along the Weser River and offered varied landscapes and quiet paths.
After many kilometers, we reached our destination for the day: the Hotel Haberkamp.
A challenging but rewarding tour!

After a delicious breakfast in the old town of Hamelin, we set off on the Weser Cycle Path towards Petershagen. 🚴♀️☀️
The route was beautiful – with lots of nature, small towns, and the Weser River always by our side. In Petershagen, we treated ourselves to a well-deserved dinner at the old train station

On the second day, after a delicious breakfast, we finally set off: our tour along the Weser Cycle Path toward Hamelin! The fresh morning air, the first rays of sunshine, and the anticipation of the day – simply perfect. 🌄💚

Our journey began in Münster, heading for Hann. Münden. The journey with the German Federal Railway was supposed to take only about two hours – but it ended up taking a full five. Despite this unexpected delay, we didn't let it spoil our spirits.

We started with a delicious breakfast at the Hotel Haverkamp 🍳☕ – then crossed the Weser River and cycled along the river into Bremen's old town 🌉🚴♀️. Of course, a stop at the famous Bremen Town Musicians was a must 🐴🐶🐱🐓✨
Later, we took the train back to Münster 🚆 –
