It was another wonderful day all around.
Officially, the Probstei Grain Days are already over, but all the straw figures are still standing. It's amazing what the people have come up with.
It's a shame, though, that the fields in the Probstei have already been harvested.
It really makes you feel like autumn

The heather blossom barometer was at 100%. We wanted to check it out.
From Niederhaverbeck, we took a lovely hike over Wilseder Berg and Totengrund. The weather was quite cloudy at first, but quickly cleared up, and the sun blessed us with a beautiful day. The heather glowed like a purple carpet. Truly beautiful.
