Frühlingswanderung entlang dem Klosterrundweg
Mit ca. 80 Wander- und Gesangfreunden ging es heute entlang des Klosterrundwegs. Wer nicht dabei sein konnte, kann die Runde hier gerne nachwandern und an den vielen Gesangstafeln halt machen.

Our hiking trail, the Mellenseer Heideweg, is now available online. It is the only hiking trail that was not designed as a circular route. Due to its sometimes very sandy surface, the Heideweg is challenging and you should be in good shape for the 9 km.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this hike will be repeated in 2026 and that everything will work out the way it did this summer with the information in the school and local history museum and the two ring ovens in Klausdorf on Lake Mellensee, the small geo-path on the ground, where people worked

The start and finish of the Saalow Mill Trail is the Mellensee Adventure Railway. Here you can refresh yourself in the summer months or play a round of mini golf. :) A varied route awaits you here, around Saalow. Have fun hiking.

Today we invited people to a spring hike around the Schulzensee.
Numerous hiking enthusiasts accompanied us on this summery spring day. We also had coffee and cake to refresh ourselves and so we all managed the 8 km hike well.

A new hiking trail for the community at Mellensee is being developed. A lot needs to be done about this: authorities need to be informed, parcels researched and new signs created. Today 4 club members walked the new route to coordinate the placement of the signs so that all hikers can find their way

Braving the rainy weather, we hiked the Klausdorf circular route for you on the 2nd of Advent. A nice round over hill and dale. We hiked a small deviation for Komoot so that you don't miss the panoramic path in Sperenberg with a view of the gypsum quarries. Theoretically, you can continue straight on

Our Moke-Notte circular route is actually only 5 km long and goes from Mellensee towards Zossen, back over the Buckow Bridge. Since this is currently closed (as of November 2023), you can either take the longer route recorded here to Zossen, or turn around on the same Notte side.

For us people from Brandenburg, mountains are nothing everyday. We worked up a sweat here in Waldkappel. :) We actually wanted to hike the P17 Waldkappeler Berge with approx. 18km, but forest work blocked our way, which is why we went a bit all over the place, but always close to the P17.
