A lovely walk, even with your dog (there are two doggie stations along the trail), through the fields between Rotenzimmern, Böhringen, and Trichtingen. Not strenuous, but very sunny. So, in summer, bring a hat and something to drink.

It's ideal for summer, as large sections of the route lead through the forest.
At Erlensee, you can take a break on one of the many benches and enjoy the view.
It's also great with dogs, who can cool off at one of the fountains when it's hot.
