Be sure to bring a flashlight or headlamp. There are further branches within the tunnels that can be explored. Several tunnels are over 300 meters long (Tunnel 19) or lead upwards like a corkscrew through several levels (Tunnel 20).

It was actually supposed to be a tour through the Wolf's Gorge to the Dosso del Sommo, but the distant thunderstorms sounded like artillery and we canceled the tour after the gorge before the rain came.

...We leave the hut in sunshine. Our gear is dry, and we start the new day motivated. It should be the most beautiful day of the tour. Dry, sunny, and warm! We head toward the Manghen Pass through magnificent scenery with distant views of the Brenta Mountains. That's exactly what we imagined! We enjoy

...after two beers and a hearty snack, the rain stopped and we decided to move on. Our original goal today was to reach the Manghen Pass, but we didn't get very far. The tour begins with a longer wait than we'd like for the shuttle bus that takes us from Levico Terme to Panarotta. Eventually, we finally reach the top, shoulder our backpacks, and begin a new adventure. This tour takes us back in history to World War I, hiking along old military roads and through trenches
