This Wednesday I kicked off the winter season. I always try to organize a lunchtime stop, primarily to escape the often miserable weather for a good hour.
This time I had booked us in at the "Fährhaus Tatenberg." That's also why our group (8 hikers + 9 children) was a bit larger this time.

I realized we hadn't been out in the Duvenstedter Brook for a long time. Autumn is the perfect time, though, since the birds aren't up and about anymore (building nests 😜) and the stags have finished their bellowing. So, five of us (plus six of us) set off.

This Wednesday, we (6 kids + 9 kids) went to Mölln again. We know the area very well, but the lake district is always a worthwhile destination, especially in autumn when the many deciduous trees change color so beautifully.

Many sections of today's tour were familiar, but the hike as a whole was new for all participants (6 and 8).
We walked along the Northern Green Ring through numerous parks and green spaces. A highlight was certainly the Dahlia Garden, where the dahlias were in full bloom.

The first Wednesday hike after my short vacation on the Schlei was done by 5🏃♀️ and 7🏃♂️ in a familiar but always scenically impressive area.

This Wednesday, we wanted to see a lot of water again. So we drove to the southern Mölln Lake District.

This Wednesday, we had another hike through the heath. The starting and ending point was the small house of @Angie🐝🍀, nestled peacefully on the edge of the heath.
