The historical border between Kurpfalz and Kurmainz is located in the romantic Rhein-Seitental near Oberdiebach. This border was passed every evening with a bell. Today, hikers will find vine slopes on the tour, on which Riesling has been grown for more than half a millennium.

The track is very nice overall. Especially charming are the flower meadows of the Dörscheider Heide in spring. And again and again beautiful views of the Rhine Valley.
However, we were scared of the actual highlight of the tour, the Loreley rock, after its conversion. This concrete idyll is just bad

Great varied path. Untouched nature by the creek. Super neat and excellent. Many spacious rest areas, you can always find a place, even if there are many hikers on one day. Everything has been thought of, even a wiper to wipe the benches dry after a rain.
