Combined tour with the Haunetal cycle path. Highlights are the stubble mountain and the views of the skittles. Be careful between Bodes and Odensachsen, here is a 50 m long, steep and often washed-out section of the path.

The start of this route is Z. B at Bad Hersfeld train station, exit east, where there is also an overview board. The access to the original route runs along the R1 through the Fuldaaue, then on the Haunetal cycle path (R12) to the Johannesberg.
