This round is very nice, no mountains, everything is pretty flat and mostly forest and meadow paths, even my mother at 82 made the round well.
Only at the end you have to walk about 1200m on the side of the road on a sidewalk, well, there is better.

A very nice, little round, first walked around the Abtskuch pond and then through the beautiful autumn forest. Hardly any paved paths, which we liked very much.
We liked the last third best, through the forest and then back on a dirt road.

We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the landscape between Bochum and Gelsenkirchen is. You never had the feeling of being in the Ruhr area. I only found the stretches on the combined bike and sidewalks very uncomfortable, you are overtaken without warning, sometimes even with oncoming traffic

There is an arrow on the last picture, the coast has broken off, the path can possibly still be ridden on a mountain bike, we pushed it, it is very narrow and sandy. And with a trailer too tight.
