via Erdbrügge, ski jump to the Viermärker Eiche. Continue via Hohensyburg down to the Ruhr. At Hengsteysee back to Herdecke. Beautiful September day.

Used the great autumn day today, from the Ender Tal via Hof Nockemann, Erdbrügge and Braukmanns Knapp, to the Blickstrasse. The Blickstrasse down to Löttringhausen and here on the Rhenish donkey. Followed this to Witten Mitte. Through Witten down to the Ruhr Bridge to Bommern. Here on the Ruhr Valley

Since the Vosskuhler Weg road is still closed, I drove to Wetter via Gut Schede. A bit bumpy but it worked. A little off the beaten path and hidden is the Harkort's ancestral burial ground. A detour is worthwhile. About weather, Wengern to the nightingale colliery. The way back via Kohlensiepener Strasse

In glorious weather over the new Volmebrücke (only for cyclists and walkers) up the Ruhr past the Hengsteysee to Haus Husen. From here up to the Hohensyburg and Wittbräuker train stations back to the end of Herdecke.

Finally nice weather again. "Carpe Diem" I thought to myself, so through the Vosskuhle down to Wetter over the new Ruhr bridge onto the Ruhr valley cycle path, further past the Harkortsee to Herdecke. From there over the Ruhr bridge to Brünninghausen and over the new Volme bridge past the Hengsteysee
