There are hardly any marked hiking trails in Serbia. You have to look for your own tour and some paths are either so overgrown that you cannot enter them or there are rubbish bins in front of the path entrance and mountains of rubbish. The latter is uncomfortable. But in between you will be rewarded with very beautiful views.

Serbia has a rich history, unfortunately that is not well known. Another problem is that there are hardly any marked hiking trails and some trails, even if you discover them on the map, are now overgrown or, which unfortunately has to be said, littered. Nevertheless, it is worth doing one or two hikes
