A relatively easy route, some of which requires surefootedness. Lots of benches to rest. Especially when the weather is nice it is very pleasant. Unfortunately everything is closed due to the corona, otherwise there would be a nice tavern at the town square in Breitenbrunn to stop off at the bottom. 🌞🍻

The weather played along well. No other hikers on the way. Partly snow-covered paths.

Despite the mud and slippery spots it became a very nice tour. The sun played along well too. Because of the flooding on the Danube, we had to go straight up to the Liberation Hall.
And in the old town of Kelheim a mask is required (we didn't know).
