Sonne, kein Regen, die Oder will wohl, dass wir sie in guter Erinnerung behalten. Der Radweg (fast durchgehend asphaltiert) ist mal auf dem Deich geführt, mal daneben und manchmal gibt es beide Möglichkeiten. Naturliebhaber kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Absolut empfehlenswert 👍

Nord bei Nordost - Regen kann uns nicht stoppen!
Wir fahren weiter Richtung Norden und sind zum Übernachten erneut nach Polen östlich über die Grenze geradelt. - Je weiter wir nach Norden kommen, je mehr scheint der Wohlstand auf beiden Seiten der Grenze zu wachsen. Today was another walking day, this time in Heidelberg. The Philosopher's Walk is always worth a stroll, and the enormous palace complex is breathtaking. At 33°C (91°F), we had no qualms about including the funicular ride in our Komoot app. An impressive city, a great day 👍🌞

That was a huge planning error on my part. I just wanted to reroute the route to the back of the Osterburken train station, and while zooming, I ended up at the wrong station without realizing it. Arriving in Osterburken today (52km was planned), Komoot told me: 18.5km to the starting point 🙈 70km instead

We didn't get to see much of the Hockenheimring, and around Heidelberg, cyclists were often led along and onto roads, but the other routes and Heidelberg as a city were wonderful; I can highly recommend it 👍

The monastery wasn't that exciting, but the landscape, the forest, and the Neckar River enchanted us again. The tour on the map reminds me of Banksy's Balloon and Girl series; you just have to rotate the map a little.
