The Way of the Cross is a street in the Pöstlingberg district of Linz. It runs a little over a kilometer from Petrinumstraße to An der Mayrwiesen on the Pöstlingberg. The street is named after the function of the way of the pilgrims to the Pöstlingberg church, since 1954 also officially. Agricultural land is located along the Way of the Cross.

After the first steep section, there is only a short recovery with a moderate incline before you march up the second steep section through forest on sandy soil. Steep but easy to walk. From now on you will be rewarded with a wonderful panoramic view of the city of Linz.
You can rest at any time on one of the many benches. All in all a nice tour.
