Dağ bisikleti

PR LP 12 It is a tough Trialera in its final part where you will have to get off the bike and push multiple times. It is advisable to do it downhill from the Observatories road, but it will still be less hard. In my case I did it as an Uphill and it was an Ordeal. The altitude makes you get more tired if you are not acclimatized (everything is slower and there is a lack of oxygen. Unfortunately it is the only connection point with the Roque de los Muchachos, so be patient and see ahead of time.
