This "beach" is the ideal place to have a picnic and soak your feet in the Taburiente River while enjoying an unbeatable environment. Very close to here there is a camping area with bathrooms, a first aid point and an exhibition.

At the entrance (parking for cars) to the crater crater there is the possibility with a taxi to about 1300 m high to be driven, if possible, the taxi full, then it will be cheaper. After the hike up to the Playa, here you can enjoy a rest with bath and information, because there is a ranger station nearby. Take non-slip shoes, as there are places on the way that are well developed but sometimes very steep and covered with the long needles of the local pine trees, make a perfect slide (even experienced!).
