Etretat is the most famous village on the Côte d'Albâtre. When you see this kind of scenery you quickly understand why. The top of the cliffs is accessible on foot by wooden stairs and paths: splendid views on the program.

Rocks to the left and right, the beach promenade in the background and just the sea in front. A beautiful pebble beach that made the place a seaside resort in 1860 and then inspired artists.

The magnificent, unforgettable landscape of the Etretat coastline in any season is known all over the world. The pebble beach, bordered by a pedestrian promenade (Le Perrey), is surrounded by the famous chalk cliffs. The spectacle borders on the supernatural and surreal : on the right the Falaise d'Amont; left the Falaise d'Aval.
the beach used to be teeming with picturesque caloges, the old disused boats covered with a thatched roof in which fishermen could store their gear. All but three restored ones have now disappeared.
