The "goldsmiths", the "narrowest house" in Mühlhausen with 4.25 m length and 70 steps from the cellar to the roof. It was built in the 17th century and rebuilt in 1906. For many decades, it was used by hatmonger shops and extensively renovated in 2000. Since 2006, the goldsmith is in the building.

The house was built in the 17th century and remodeled in 1906. For many decades, it served as a workshop for milliners. Extensive renovations were carried out in 2000. Since 2006, the building has housed "Die Goldschmiede" (The Goldsmith), a manufactory that preserves and continues the old craft tradition of jewelry making.
