Very unique! A sea organ where the waves play music. Brilliant idea, and a great place to sit down and relax before continuing to explore the city.

The Sea Organ is an experimental musical instrument whose sounds are generated by the wave motion of the sea under large stone slabs. Although only a few holes can be seen on the stairs, but with a little patience and the corresponding waves, the sounds are really impressive !!!!

The world-famous Zadar Sea Organ is a work of genius in architecture. There are 35 tubes of various lengths and diameters below sea level. The tubes rise up out of the water under the concrete at an angle of 20 ° and each lead into organ pipes of different pitches. The waves push water into the pipes. The water flowing in and out of the pipes creates a sound in the organ pipes. This is how the sound is created. Depending on the period length and frequency of the waves, this creates a melody.
