This is not a motorway triangle, but a canal triangle. That is why it is also called the wet triangle. This is where the Mittelland Canal meets the Dortmund-Ems Canal and there is always something to look at. When large ships maneuver past each other here, it is just as exciting as watching the lock in action.

A bridge of a special kind, built in 1913. The mounted on the wooden floor boards cross woods left and right should prevent a "Kühstolpern" earlier. The steps to the bridge are also quite steep, only the boldest and strongest Radlerrecken overcome this hurdle without descending ... (see photo 😉)
