Under this motto, a special building is currently still waiting for a commercial user. The water tower right next to Cottbus main station is for sale for 98,000 euros. It is unique in the region. The former railway water tower, built around 1920, is a listed building. On three levels, three round rooms of the same size with a total area of 111 m2 offer opportunities for development. The former water tank is located in the roof dome, which has a surrounding railing on the outside.

This bronze or bronze-colored water tower stands directly at the main train station in Cottbus and is a real eye-catcher.
It is located on Vetschauer Straße and was built in 1914 by order of the Prussian State Railways to supply steam locomotives and was shut down in 1955. The tower is a listed building.
