Located on the right bank of the river, next to the church of San Sebastián de las Carreras, they were discovered and excavated between 1988 and 1989 and studied in 1997. Built in the 11th century, in berroqueña masonry encased by bricks laid at the blight, it is compartmentalized in several rooms or rooms whose roofs have disappeared, among which a vestibule, the latrines, a vaulted room, another room also vaulted, larger than the previous one with two alcoves at the ends, and to the south the Hot Room.
