The Ahornreitweg is the counterpart to the Schutzengelweg. He is about 14km with an up / down of good 911Hm. The nature tour leads first on an alpine path with valley view in the middle of the mountains. Later, the path turns into gentler paths and passes the restaurant "Bleckenau". If you like, you can take the bus back to the Tegelbahn via Hohenschwangau. Or the route to walk. If you decide to walk, you will pass the mountain river and the Marinbrücke near Neuschwanstein.

Vandring

A very beautiful descent from the Tegelberg down into the Pöllat Valley. Not too challenging, but you should still wear hiking boots, as you can easily twist your ankle.
