When climbing up from the town of Burgen on the banks of the Moselle, for example on the Moselsteig side trip to Ortsbachpädche, this is the second shelter that also offers a beautiful view of the river valley. Unfortunately, the construction only offers limited protection in the rain because it does not have side walls.
