The tower 13 of the Maximilian fortification called Genoveva is located at 398 meters above sea level, at the tower rounding you have a beautiful panoramic view and can rest on one of the benches. The cultural monument is owned by the municipality of Leonding.

Vandring

At the highest point of Leonding - The "Genoveva" tower is the most originally preserved tower of the Maximillian fortifications.
Among other things, it served as an explosives depot and was therefore nicknamed the "Powder Tower".
At the back of the complex there is a concrete machine gun emplacement that bears witness to the cultural history of Linz/Leonding.
