We hiked up this great tree-lined avenue 2 years ago to the Marienkapelle. A highlight then and now the other way down. Still impressive to marvel at these old trees and imagine how old they are and all the things they could tell.

Vandring

fantastic to hike through the giant trees, even if the beeches in particular can no longer keep up with the last years of stress. The oaks, chestnuts and linden trees still look reasonably fit. The attraction is the unpaved path and the sometimes bizarre tree shapes.
