Hike in Serfaus on the Murmetiersteig trail with a short detour to a mountain lake. However, at the beginning of October, there were no marmots around. I suspect the trail will be quite crowded during peak season. It was very muddy at the end of the trail, partly due to the many hikers with children

A very beautiful and undemanding circular hike from the Goglesalm. Breathtaking panoramic views from the summits. The hike can be interrupted or shortened at any time. It's definitely doable with children from about 9 years old. We drove up to the alpine pasture, but there are very few parking spaces

A hike from the Styrian Lake Constance parking lot up the steep climb to Hüttensee. The Styrian Lake Constance was disappointing; although it was clear, it was heavily overgrown with algae. There are much more beautiful lakes. The climb to Hüttensee is steep, rocky, and not easy. However, it's much quieter

A lovely family hike to the Giglachsee Lakes. The €22 toll to the Ursprungalm is definitely worth it. Beautiful, clear lakes in a stunning setting, with the free-roaming Icelandic horses from the Seiterhof farm in Rohrmoos. The climb is easy. However, be aware that there is no shade at all, so the sun is quite strong.

From the Söll valley station, take the snowshoes up the valley run to the mid-station. Leave your sled there. Then continue towards the Keatalm and along the edge of the black run up to the Hohe Salve. Sections of the black run are very steep; ascent is impossible without snowshoes. From the summit
