A short round. along the rocky coast, with only a few climbing passages in between. But these are only a few meters without the risk of falling, which you can slide down on your bottom if necessary. In some places you can descend to the water. Often you can see from above. People on the beach and wonders how they got there.

At the beginning it is a bit boring going through the settlement and past the sewage treatment plant, but then you are in the middle of nature on the Wupper.
