Letztes Jahr in Frankreich habe ich die Bahntrassenradwege schätzen gelernt. In der Schweiz (https://www.bahntrassenradeln.de/bahneur_ch.htm) gibt es ganz wenige, da kaum Bahnstrecken aufgegeben wurden. So hab ich mir diese Tour in Süddeutschland ausgesucht, wo es auf ca 20 km auf ehemaligen Eisenbahnstrecken vorwärts geht.

The cable car to Wolzenalp only runs on weekends during the off-season, so I decided to do this hike today.
It's a beautiful, varied trail that's also suitable for children. There were a lot of families there.

Spectacular gorge hike near Bürs. Even though it was a Monday, there were a few groups, and you weren't alone. It can get quite crowded on weekends.

Despite the railway lines, I gained quite a bit of elevation today. There were some short but steep climbs, especially if 28% is a gross exaggeration. The weather was surprisingly cloudy, and it even rained during my snack break.
For me, the area is hilly and lovely, since the mountains at home are a bit higher.
