The Silvrettahütte is an ideal starting point for alpine tours and summits in the area. With its location at 2,300m altitude, the body can also acclimate to the mountain air with several overnight stays. The camps are very comfortable, and there are also warm extra blankets. There is even a warm shower for coins (francs and euros). The inn keepers are very friendly and attentive. The rösti on the lunch menu is recommended. It was really nice at the hut.

Beautiful hut with a great view of Klosters.
The rustic restaurant in the old hut has been preserved, only the reception/kitchen and access to the rooms seem to be housed in a new building. The hut is supplied by helicopter. Ascent only via mountain path.
Nice personel. Price is hot,, just Switzerland,,
Shower available for a fee, also warm.
I found HP a bit lean. Breakfast two small breads with two halved pieces of cheese, some jam and muesli. Didn't get a refill. There was no sausage.
Otherwise everything was TIP TOP and I felt comfortable.
