St. Mary in Kahleby is a secluded church between the villages of Füsing and Schaalby. It once belonged to the monastery Guldenholm on the Langsee. The inscription was in Low German, until the 17th century normal church language.
A special treasure of the church is the Johann-Daniel-Busch-organ of 1784, which was excellently restored ten years ago and is heard in the church services and several concerts a year.
