Small idyll at the "Great Pond". Since this year (2020) there are two wooden trunk benches right on the way and invite you to linger and enjoy. A staircase leads to the pond, a good way to put your legs a little in the water.

Ducks, often also swans and herons, feel at home on the "lake". Beavers were also seen here a few years ago and I suspect that a kingfisher has also made its rounds here.

From the opposite bank, between the large and crooked ponds, you can see the evening sun reflecting beautifully in the pond when the weather is nice. There are also a few jetties leading into the water, but they seem fragile and their use is no longer recommended.
