Sleeping under the starry sky is unfortunately rarely possible in Germany. Therefore, enjoy this trekking site set up by the Franconian Forest below the Döbraberg. Here you will find floor space for four tents, a fireplace with benches, firewood storage, an outdoor toilet and a water barrel with process water. You bring the drinking water and toilet paper yourself.

From the mountain guard hut, hikers can expect an overwhelming view to the west, which in good visibility extends to Veste Coburg, to the Gleichbergen, and even to the Rhön.
