The most beautiful bike path to the Borki Lock runs through Piekutowo. From there, we cycle along a dirt but firm road along the banks of the Augustów Canal to the Borki Lock.
The easiest route is through Netta Folwark, and this route is marked by road signs.
The most difficult path, for those who want to cycle or walk along the banks of the canal for as long as possible, is through Pieńki-Lipowo. Then we join the road from Piekutowo.
I've cycled all of these options and highly recommend the Piekutowo route for those coming from Tajno Łanowe. For those coming from Netta Folwark, follow the road signs to the lock and return to the paved road in Piekutowo by cycling along the canal from the Borki Lock.
