Then they decided to build a large stone temple of the Akhtyrskaya Icon of the Mother of God next to the existing church. In the village of Shchetinovo there was an estate of the merchant Bakhov. At the end of the 19th century, the merchant sold the estate and put part of the money in the bank so that the community could build a school, a hospital and a church. The capital lay in the bank without movement. When the son of the merchant Bakhov arrived to check on the construction, it turned out that this money had been forgotten. The money was received with interest and spent on the construction of a hospital in Yakovlevo, as well as a two-story stone school in Shchetinovo, but there was little money left for the church, and then a brick factory was built in the village of Vlasov.
