Tiger and Turtle - Magic Mountain is a landmark modeled on a roller coaster on the Heinrich-Hildebrand-Höhe in the Angerpark in Duisburg-Angerhausen. The large sculpture is a work of art by Heike Mutter and Ulrich Genth, which was developed as part of the Ruhr Capital of Culture 2010.

The Tiger & Turtle artwork is always worth a climb. From here you have a perfect all-round view over Duisburg and the neighboring logport II area. The former zinc works site has housed the world's largest CKD center of AUDI AG since 2013. When the weather is good, the view extends as far as Düsseldorf.

Angerland is the region that forms the border between the state capital of Düsseldorf and the city of Duisburg. It is named after the Angerbach, a river that flows into the Rhine near Duisburg. The area marks the border between the Ruhr area, the Lower Rhine lowlands and the Bergisches Land.
As part of an international artist competition, the city of Duisburg called for the conception and establishment of a landmark on Heinrich-Hildebrand-Höhe in 2009. The result was the “Tiger & Turtle - Magic Mountain” designed by Heike Mutter and Ulrich Genth, a walkable roller coaster.
The “roller coaster” consists of 249 steps, which form stairs with different degrees of steepness depending on the gradient. In the dark, the landmark is illuminated and is worth a visit just then.
The plateau on the sculpture offers some seating, a bicycle stand and information boards. However, there are no catering facilities or toilets here.
