Cincin Village, located on the northern foothills of the Sobıca Mountains, southeast of Koçarlı, H. 113'0/M. Although it was claimed that it was founded by the nomads of the Fersah tribe who settled in the region in 1717, a record in the Menteşe Livası Land Registry Book dated 991 H. extends the date of its establishment much earlier. It is understood from the works they left behind and their endowments that the Cihanoğulları, who are thought to have descended from a Turkmen tribe that settled in the Mazın region in the 16th century and have been active as an influential family in Aydın Güzelhisarı and its surroundings since the mid-18th century, dispersed to different settlements in the Menderes region.

Abdülaziz b., one of the Cihanoğulları, standing opposite the castle. Mehmet b. Abdullah Mosque is a building that is common in the rural areas of the Menderes region. The mosque has a single volume and is surrounded by a horseshoe-shaped gallery. The wing of the gallery, located on the east side of the mosque, is surrounded by a wall ending with palmette-shaped battlements and was used as a women's quarters. The wing on the west façade is open and functions as a narthex.
The narthex has a mihrab wall decorated with engravings. The minaret is to the right of this wall.
Despite the rather plain exterior of the mosque, its interior is surprisingly ornate: The mihrab, which stands between two twisted columns and is equipped with three-dimensional plaster ornaments, is a bright example of the barrack interior decoration that was the norm for the mosques of the Cihanoğulları. There are hand-drawn landscape paintings on the walls of the mosque and above the windows. The verse «Küllema dalıale aleyha · Zekcriyya'l-mihirib» is read inside the sunburst at the top of the mihrab, and the words «Allahu zü'l-celahve «Maaşallah» are read outside.
A few of the old madrasa rooms remain around the garden in front of the supreme mosque. In the teacher's room, which is still used as the residence of the mosque official, there is an old hearth under a thick layer of plaster.
