Information about the Lower Eutinger Talhof as part of the natural-historical hiking trail: The lower Eutinger Talhof stood at this point. This farm below Eutingertal Castle, consisting of a residential building for the administrator and agricultural buildings, has served since ancient times to provide for the residents of Eutingertal Castle. The farm was first mentioned in 1354. The Schenken von Stauffenberg, who had owned the manor since 1723, had the upper Eutinger Talhof built in 1796. From then on, until the last buildings were demolished in the first half of the 20th century, the farm was occasionally used as a residence for the forest manager.
