    TL; DR: Nice piece of trail, but you have to look out for pedal and derailleur grabbers that can suddenly emerge from the grass.

    As already said, there were trees across the path in the lower section, but these have only been cleared to a limited extent for hikers. However, the remains of these trees are still close to the right and left of the path where the grass growth is easily hidden. If you arrive at a speed that is easy to get thanks to the gradient, your heart will slip into your pants because you don't have too much space for pedals. Towards the end, a few depressions cross the path, I guess they serve to drain the water, they surprised me the first time, but are not bad if you expect them.

    The upper section is slower in speed and less steep, but tighter through the trees. You can also find a few slightly weathered jumps and remains of residences that someone has put there.

      Be careful at the bottom cross trees. Better to drive than downhill (from north to south). With E-Bike as Uphill determined also quite funny, with normal MTB but quite exhausting :-)

        @anengel, I think that you took the hiking trail directly from Gut Ellenbach down to the forester's house. This highlight and the much better trail runs like the highlight here.
