    Considered the most important cave in the Enzkreis. The cave extends over a length of 140 meters over several levels to a depth of 24 meters. Inspection only with appropriate knowledge and equipment! Caution, risk of falling!

      You can get here via a now fairly overgrown path from the west. The cave entrance is not secured and it goes straight down deep. So without special equipment (hooks available for abseiling) and a knowledgeable guide, there is not much to see here for the normal hiker. For me it was still worth a detour.
      But no matter how curious you are: be careful! If you fall 25 meters on the left according to Wikipedia and survive, you probably don't have cell service to call for help. Crawling into the right niche is probably not a good idea either...
      I am sure that a barrier will be installed here at our expense (tax money) if word of the highlight gets around.

        The only way to the unguarded cave entrance, located in the middle of a forest, is via a rather overgrown path. The connection from the Enzberg Oak, marked as a forest road, is very difficult to follow and only vaguely recognizable as a path. Nevertheless, the somewhat adventurous route there is worthwhile.
